I had a frustrating experience at this resort. The rooms lacked proper maintenance, and the dining options were very limited, especially for vegetarians. While the staff, particularly Mr. Charles, offered good service, the overall condition of the facilities left much to be desired. The location is beautiful, but it needs significant improvements to live up to its potential.
